Sallet with a gorget from the last quarter of the 15th century

Description

Assembled construction with rigidly fixed gorget. If desired, the gorget can be unfastened from the helmet.

If necessary, the helmet was moved to the back of the head and the lower edge of the visor formed a visor above the face, which protected it from vertical blows like the chapel fields.

Welded dome. Mild steel, Thickness: 2mm.
