– The plastic version of the Western European plate armor glove “Hourglass” is named so because at its core it consists of a monolithic plate armor mitten without fingers protecting the metacarpus and wrist and is shaped like an hourglass.
– The fingers of such mittens are protected by scales attached to the leather base of the fingers.
– A leather glove with a soft lining is built-in under the protective plates of the glove.
– The glove protects the hand quite well from blows, thanks to strong plates and a shock-absorbing lining. And thanks to the fact that separate fingers move well, you can hold weapons with different grips.
