Products of the Series “Onyx” are distinguished by a striving for correct historical forms, the ability to adjust to human sizes, and the neatness of assembly.
The default price is indicated for ABS plastic. Thickness 3 mm (optimal thickness for LARP games, MSF, Cinema, Theater, and Cosplay)
Optional for an additional fee:
– ABS plastic. Thickness 4 mm (optimal thickness for role-playing games on duralumin and textolite)
– HDPE [high-density polyethylene]. Thickness 4 mm (optimal for HEMA)
– Painting (dark metallic + varnish)
– The glossy surface is perfectly suited for any further painting due to its smoothness and lack of distortion.
– Such a cuirass model will suit a very wide time period: from the High Middle Ages era, to the era of the Napoleonic Wars.
– Such body protection will also be excellent for fantasy, post-apoc, and sci-fi projects. The cuirass is beautifully textured and complemented with any elements to give it a specific desired appearance.
– For the 15th century, this is a somewhat simplified version of the Milanese Cuirass without “braconnière” strips and without the straps connecting the Plastron and Plackart, but at the same time having all the characteristic features of that time.
– For the 16th, 17th, and 18th centuries, this is a traditional form of body protection, both for infantry and cavalry.
– At the beginning of the 19th century (Napoleonic Wars Era), cuirasses remained only with Cuirassiers and Dragoons, but their shape was practically unchanged since the Late Middle Ages and differed mainly in decor.
– In modern conditions of use, such protection practically does not restrict movement and protects the owner from bruises and abrasions in role-playing battles and maneuvers, as well as accidental damage to the body in the event of an unfortunate fall.
