A Torc is a neck ornament made of various metals, shaped like a hoop. It can be made of gold or silver. There are also items made of iron and bronze. Basically, it is a hoop made of a single piece of metal or thin rods twisted together. The ends of the hoop are bent and look like loops. Usually such products were not fastened, but simply compressed.
