Leg Wraps – are woolen tapes that wound legs from the bottom of the knee to shoes. They are an integral part of the men’s Scandinavian costume. Protects the bottom of the leg from cold and moisture.
The fastening was usually carried out by the usual tying of the free ends. However, there are confirmations of other methods. In manuscripts were wrote – people of high social status can be seen tape-ends with tassels or metal hooks.
