Kama is a dagger historically used by the peoples of the Caucasus, Transcaucasia, and adjacent regions. The word “kama” originates from the Ottoman term قامه (kama), meaning “double-edged dagger,” and was borrowed into the languages of the Caucasus, the Balkans, and Persia.
