Description
In falchions of this type, the blade is straight for the first two-thirds of the handle. The leading edge of the blade is straight or slightly concave, turning sharply to the strongly concave edge at the tip. The posterior margin is straight or slightly convex. The point can be flat or thickened rhombic cross-section, adapted for stabbing blows.
