The fist grip simulates the grip of most shields from the Early Middle Ages and allows you to practice swordsmanship and shield techniques typical for that period.

The fist shield offers greater reach since it can be held with a fully extended arm, providing a larger defensive area and better mobility.

It is suitable for both left-handed and right-handed users.

Optional customizations: The shield can feature a printed imitation of an umbo, Scandinavian or Slavic designs, or club symbols.

Made with modern polymer materials, a reinforced rim, and a wooden handle.

Additionally, you can install plastic protection around the handle area for increased hand safety while holding the shield.
