Pompeii-Type Training Gladius

This training version of the ancient Roman short sword features a “Pompeii” blade design. Artifacts of this type were discovered during excavations of the city of Pompeii, which was destroyed in the eruption of Mount Vesuvius in 79 AD.

The training gladius includes all functional components found in gladius replicas, along with a similar handle featuring a round pommel. This design makes it ideal for practicing swordsmanship techniques from the classical era.
