– The most common sword of the landsknechts – the katzbalger – “cat-gutter” – a short sword for “cat brawls” (close combat) with a wide blade and a complex figure-eight guard. Also known as the landsknechtta (“landsknecht weapon”)
– The Katzbalger will be an excellent choice for an imperial infantryman in the Warhammer FB or AoS setting.
– It is also suitable for any warrior who prefers fighting at close range. The katzbalger is also a very convenient secondary weapon to a pike or halberd. Or as a melee weapon for artillery crews.
– Protected LARP equipment are models specially made of soft polyurethane foam. These models are used at role-playing games, trainings, and other entertainment events where fiberglass or duralumin weapons are not allowed.
– Protected LARP weapons are soft and lightweight, so the risk of causing injury with them is minimal. They are used at events with a minimum amount of armor.
– Also, protected LARP weapons are excellent for night role-playing battles, where usually no other weapons are allowed.
