End piece pliers for riveted rings
Pliers with a special opening in the working part are used to cut open overlapping rings.
They allow you to make rings with 3-5 mm overlap, which allows you to flatten these ends for riveting without breaking the geometry of the ring itself.
In simple terms, you are flattening the rings, which do not need to be brought together later. The flattened pads are already opposite each other and when they are riveted together, the ring remains round.
